Our business started in 1952 and was opened by Charles Chopping, it quickly grew to five outlets in Clapham, Bromley, Brixton, Fulham and Wimbledon.
In 1956 Mr Chopping became a father with his first son was born and he was named Marc.
Charles then decided to change the company name to Marc Charles Carpets to cover both christian names, and to this day it is still a family run business.
